STARS SHINE is committed to helping differently-abled job seekers find competitive integrated employment while supporting employers in finding the best employee fit for their businesses. 

Our experienced professionals have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and barriers to employment our customers face. We also recognize the needs of businesses that require support to train and retain qualified employees. STARS SHINE builds the bridge between the customer and the job: We support job seekers' 'potential to shine' and succeed while helping employers find the right fit. 

STARS SHINE job placement and job coaching services are free (through state or federal funding) to the employer when they  provide jobs and work experiences to eligible youth and adults with disabilities. Job coaches,  placement specialists, and supported employment specialists  are credentialed and experienced with helping individuals, that learn differently, gain successful job outcomes.
